Aloha!

Welcome to the Hawai'i State Federation of Republican Women website.  The Hawai'i State Federation of Republican Women was established in 1946 and has remained dedicated to meeting the ever changing needs of Hawai'i.

Our members span across our beautiful islands and are each very active in local and state affairs.

HSFRW members strive daily to make a positive impact on our beautiful island state as well as nationally in combination with the National Federation of Republican Women.

HSFRW local units are heavily involved in community service projects, supporting our troops, and participating in state and local election campaigns, among numerous other projects.

We hope you will join us in our mission by contacting your local club today!

Federation History

In July 1946, Miss Marion Martin, then assistant chairman of the Republican National Committee, and Elizabeth Farrington, wife of Congressman Joe Farrington, visited Hawaii for the purpose of setting up clubs on all of the islands. With the help of Mrs. Bina Mossman, National Committeewoman, the clubs met all requirements for affiliation with NFRW in September 1947. The clubs in the Hawaii Federation continue to be active, both in politics and in community service, particularly the Barbara Bush Literacy Action Program.
